This series derived from Patanjali’s original 84 postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a tremendous calorie-burner that detoxifies the body, leaving you invigorated yet calm.


Perfect for beginners, the Hatha series remains challenging for the advanced student and there is always room for growth. This style of yoga uses no props, blocks or straps. You will build and transform your body organically just by showing up and doing the best that you can.
